You get points for reviews regardless of whether the review is positive or negative. Only customers who have purchased the product can leave a review.

In the rewards window you exchange your points for a code. Free cans: add your favorite varieties up to €4 to the cart, and the code makes them free. Cans and free shipping can be combined with the volume discount, the €40 discount cannot. Points expire after 12 months without an order or redemption.
Terms and conditions
Who can take part
Adult retail customers with a customer account at happy-snus.de can take part. You are automatically enrolled when you create your account. Taking part is free of charge. Retailer and business accounts (B2B) are excluded.
Earning points
- Purchases: 1 point per euro of merchandise value, excluding VAT and shipping costs. Points are credited as soon as the order has shipped. If an order is canceled or returned, the points for it are deducted again.
- Creating a customer account: 20 points, one time.
- 2nd order: 30 extra points, one time, as soon as your second order has shipped.
- 10th order: 1,000 extra points, one time, as soon as your tenth order has shipped. All shipped orders on your account count, regardless of order value. Canceled or returned orders do not count.
- Birthday: 100 points on your birthday if the date is saved in your profile.
- Product review: 20 points per review, for a maximum of 2 reviews in 30 days. Only customers who have purchased the product can leave a review. Points are awarded for every approved review, regardless of whether it is positive or negative.
- Newsletter: 40 points, one time, as soon as you have confirmed your subscription by email.
- Refer a friend: Your friend gets €2.50 off their first order of €25 or more. You get 100 points as soon as that order has been placed. Only customers who have never ordered from us before can be referred.
Redeeming points
- In the rewards window you exchange points for a code: 50 points for 1 free can, 300 points for 5 free cans, 1,000 points for 25 free cans, 100 points for free shipping and 400 points for €40 off.
- Free cans apply to products up to €4 per can: add them to your cart and the code makes them free.
- Codes for free cans and free shipping can be combined with the volume discount, the €40 discount cannot. A code is valid for one order. Points and discounts cannot be paid out in cash.
Expiry
Points expire if you have neither placed an order nor redeemed points for 12 months.
Other terms
Points are not transferable. Points may be canceled in case of misuse. We may change or end the rewards program with reasonable notice; you can then still redeem points already collected until the end of the notice period.
