At happy-snus, it's not just nicotine pouches. The product range also includes energy pouches and nicotine-free pouches. From the outside all three look the same: small portion pouches in a round can. What sets them apart is in the small print. Here you get an overview so that you don't accidentally order something other than what you intended.
Three product types, one field on the product page
Every item in the shop has a product type. It is shown on the product page and can be selected in the overview using the "Product type" filter. There are three values:
- Nicotine pouches: the bulk of the product range. These pouches contain nicotine; the amount is stated as nicotine per pouch on the product page and determines the strength level.
- Energy pouches: a separate category with its own collection. We list no nicotine value and no strength level for them.
- Nicotine-free: pouches that, according to the product description, contain no nicotine. They too have their own collection and no strength level.
How nicotine pouches are generally made up and how they differ from classic snus is explained on the page What is snus?.
Energy pouches
We currently carry energy pouches from three brands: RAVE, DENSSI and LEWA. All are in Slim format. The flavors range from Berry, Fruit and Mint to Cola, Spice and confectionery – the same range as with nicotine pouches.
Some energy varieties have a milligram figure in their name, for example RAVE. This figure is not a value from our nicotine scale. That is why energy pouches do not appear in the strength filter. What exactly they contain and in what amount is stated on the can in the manufacturer's ingredient list. For these items, our product texts state brand, format and flavor.
About the term "Energy" itself: it is part of the product name assigned by the manufacturer. We make no statements about what the name suggests.
Caution: easy to confuse
We also have "Energy" as a flavor. Some nicotine pouches taste like energy drinks and are named accordingly, for example from Rabbit, ICEBERG, CUBA, Killa or Garant. These varieties are perfectly ordinary nicotine pouches with a nicotine figure and strength level – some of them at the Extra Strong level. Whether you are looking at an energy pouch or a nicotine pouch with energy flavor is revealed by the product type on the product page.
Nicotine-free pouches
The Nicotine-free collection contains pouches that, according to the product description, come without nicotine. The largest selection here is from Zeronito; at our shop this brand carries only such pouches. In addition, there are nicotine-free varieties from brands that otherwise make nicotine pouches:
- VELO with several varieties, recognizable by the addition "Zero"
- LEO, likewise with "Zero" in the name
- Loop, XQS and LEWA with one variety each
Almost all nicotine-free pouches are Slim; one LEWA variety is in Regular format. In terms of flavor, the selection is surprisingly broad: Mint and Fruit lead, plus Berry, Cola, Liquorice, espresso and spicy combinations such as jalapeño lime.
A note on the names: with manufacturers that offer both, nicotine-containing and nicotine-free varieties often look very similar. The addition "Zero" is a good indicator, but only the product type on the product page is reliable.

Searching specifically
The quickest way to get there is via the two collections. In All flavors you can also set the "Product type" filter and combine it with flavor and format, for example "Nicotine-free" plus "Mint". The volume discount applies here too: energy pouches and nicotine-free pouches count toward the cans in your cart.
The nicotine pouches in this article contain nicotine, a substance that is highly addictive.
Sold only to persons aged 18 and over.
